Charge!

Scott really enjoys playing basketball. So much so that he gets up pretty much every Monday, Wednesday, and Friday at 5am to go and play at church before he goes to work. Well this morning, after playing a great first game, he took a charge from someone quite a bit bigger than him (think Steve Nash vs Charles Barkley), and this is the result. So Scott and I got to spend some quality time together in the ER while we waited for the doctor to come and staple his head closed. Scott handled the whole thing pretty well... except he was a little peeved with the doctor who said he would only be getting two staples,(so he wouldn't need any thing to numb the pain), and he ended up with three. He even went off to work later.

Easter

We spent Easter this year with Grammy (Scott's Mom). The kids and I headed over there after our fun camping trip, and Scott met us there. We had a really nice Easter weekend with Grammy. On Saturday her ward had a little Easter picnic, and the boys really enjoyed that. I think Scott enjoyed the first part, and then had to rush home for some March Madness. Sunday was nice too. I always make the kids get dressed in their Sunday clothes before they check out what the Easter Bunny left for them. Usually it makes for nice pictures too. They could have turned out better this year, but all the pictures of the kids during the egg hunt were of their backs. (I just couldn't seem to get in front of little boys trying to find candy, imagine that.) And then I tried really hard to get a picture of all three of them. I took about ten, and not one of them has all three kids looking at me.
